Job Description :

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at West Allis, WI! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location:11101 W Lincoln Ave, West Allis, WI 53227

Shift Schedule:

  • Days: Wednesday through Sunday (including holidays)
  • Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (½-hour lunch)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform forensic and clinical phlebotomy with confidence
  • Ensure accurate demographic verification and labeling post-collection
  • Maintain all required documentation and lab protocols
  • Exhibit superior customer service and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Float to other locations as needed with minimal notice
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of work environment

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3 years of phlebotomy experience required (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)
