We are hiring a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to be the welcoming face of our company, providing compassionate care and expert specimen collection to patients. Position Details: Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM with every other Saturday. Pay Rate: $17.75 to $19.75 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do: Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Prepare specimens for lab testing with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a safe, professional environment and adhere to established protocols Build patient trust by explaining procedures clearly and compassionately Maintain accurate records and documentation Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA) Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required; 1 year preferred Strong customer service skills and keyboard/data entry experience Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime Why Join Us?
