Title:Phlebotomist II Duration: 5 months Location: Naples, FL Shift: Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm- Rotational Saturday- 6am-10:30amDescription: As the patient-facing representative, the PSR II performs quality blood draws and specimen preparation following established protocols. This role requires building patient trust by clearly explaining procedures while ensuring safety, accuracy, and confidentiality. PSR IIs may work in doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely, accurate blood specimen collection (including pediatric and geriatric) and processing.
• Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain detailed records and uphold a safe, professional environment.
• Demonstrate leadership, customer focus, and adherence to company policies.
• Adapt to flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant/paramedic training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience with diverse patient populations.
• Strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills.
