Job Title: Phlebotomist I Job Location: Brooklyn, NY- 11229 Duration: 3+ months of Contract with possible extension Shift time: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) EST Pay Rate: $21.00/hr on W2 Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
• The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Must be able to speak English & Russian.
• One year or more of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
