Pharmacy Technician - Insight Global : Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION

A closed door pharmacy in the Pittsburgh, PA area is looking to hire 3 pharmacy technicians to join the company. These individuals will be doing data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions. This will involve handling provider/physician communication and resolving open issues submitted by various departments.

Shifts: 3 available shift options: 12 PM - 8 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

1 PM - 9 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Rotational 40-hour per week shifts are also available between the hours of 8 AM -9 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

*** All shifts require rotational Saturday shift 9am-5pm*EST *

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ year experience as a Pharmacy Technician

National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)

Strong knowledge of SIG Codes (Prescription Codes)
