Position Summary

1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM - $18/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - $18/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential

As a Pharmacy Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in selecting pharmaceutical products accurately for our stores. You'll be tasked with ensuring that store orders are met efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Additional responsibilities might involve assisting in various warehouse functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a tablet or RF device to read store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Select and organize products into totes or boxes, ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Safely lift and transport totes or boxes weighing between 30-50 pounds regularly.
• Maintain diligent accuracy in selecting merchandise and strive to surpass performance goals.
• Collaborate as part of a team on the pick lines to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness of your work area at the end of each shift.
• Foster a reliable attendance record.
• Cross-train in different warehouse roles as necessary.
• Adhere to all CVS Health policies, procedures, and DEA regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Complete preliminary safety checks on assigned equipment before use.
• Utilize receiving equipment to assist in moving merchandise effectively.
• Verify item accuracy against put away labels and accurately count received goods.
• Assist in unloading products, ensuring proper tagging and documentation.
• Assess received merchandise for overages, shortages, and damages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.

Education:

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.56 per hour, varying based on experience, education, and geographical factors.
