About the Role
In this role, you'll be the primary contact for pharmacy partners, ensuring smooth billing, shipping, and order fulfillment processes. You'll manage incident claims, resolve escalations, and work cross-functionally to keep operations running efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for pharmacy partners on billing, inventory, shipping, and clinical matters
- Track and follow up on pending shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to escalations, expedited requests, and incident claims
- Document and manage case details in accordance with procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitor reports and performance metrics to drive operational success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, including third-party claims resolution
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical skills with a process-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
