As a Pharmacy Intern Trainee, you will play an essential role in helping our pharmacy teams deliver excellent service while preparing for a future Pharmacist role. Under the guidance of your preceptor, you'll follow a detailed training roadmap that provides firsthand insights into pharmacy operations.

During your time with us, you will:

  • Support pharmacy operations to ensure efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care.
  • Apply your classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, enhancing your skills and confidence.
  • Engage with patients, showing empathy and understanding while providing exceptional service at various service points.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to uphold standard operating procedures and foster effective communication.
  • Participate in a variety of learning activities, gaining valuable practical experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company procedures at each station for safe and accurate prescription handling.
  • Assist patients with immunizations and health services, where permitted by law.
  • Complete assigned training and seek additional learning opportunities to enhance your clinical knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently accepted into or enrolled in an ACPE accredited pharmacy program.
  • Obtaining or hold valid intern or technician licensure as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations as business needs dictate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
