As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic retail environment, gaining hands-on experience while preparing for your future as a Pharmacist. You'll work closely with experienced mentors and participate in a comprehensive training roadmap, gaining insights into pharmacy operations and patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following all company SOPs to assist Pharmacists and Technicians in managing patient health effectively.
• Executing pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Providing compassionate care and exceptional service to our patients, whether at the pick-up counter, drive-thru, or via phone.
• Counseling patients and responding to medical inquiries under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Handling telephonic prescriptions and coordinating with prescribers as allowed by regulations.
• Participating in inventory management tasks as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Embracing a team-oriented mindset, seeking feedback, and expanding your clinical and technical knowledge.
• Remaining flexible to meet the scheduling needs of our business and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
• Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles to ensure patient safety and compliance.

When the opportunity arises, you may also support immunization efforts. This includes:

• Completing any necessary licensure and training to become a Technician Immunizer.
• Educating patients on the importance of vaccines and supporting the pharmacist in vaccination inquiries.
• Monitoring for adverse reactions and reporting them as required.

To qualify, you must be:

• Enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• In the process of obtaining the required intern and/or technician licensure.
