Pharmacist / PRN - BrightSpring Health Services : Job Details

Provides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnel. Evaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes. Answers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely manner. Retrieves data in the pharmacy system. Manages medication orders. Ensures proper storage and security conditions for medications. Maintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree.
