Pharmacist - PRIDE Health : Job Details

We are seeking an Outpatient Pharmacist to join our Maple Grove Clinic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, growth-focused environment while contributing to excellent patient care.

Position Details

• Start Date: 09/08/2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Rotating day shifts (08:00–16:00, 10:30–18:00, 10:00–14:00)
• Hours: 32-hour weekly guarantee
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend
• On-Call: None

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical pharmacy functions, including patient monitoring and medication counseling
• Review medication orders for dosing, interactions, allergies, and appropriateness
• Oversee medication dispensing by technicians
• Perform kinetic drug dosing and medication reconciliation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD – Required
• Active MN State Board of Pharmacy License – Required
• Outpatient or Retail Pharmacy Experience – Required
• Epic Willow proficiency – Preferred
