Pharmacist - Beloit Health System : Job Details

• Location: Beloit Memorial Hospital - Beloit, WI
• Pay Range: $61.40 - 92.10
• Shift: 1st & 2nd shift combination
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts between 6:30 am - 9:00 pm
• Hours per week: 35

• Interacting with other health care providers to improve the medication use process
• CPOE verification
• Compounding and verifying sterile products, including chemotherapy and TPN
• Pharmacokinetic dosing
• Anticoagulation management
• Medication reconciliation
• Discharge medication counseling
• Antimicrobial stewardship
• Managing automated dispensing cabinets
• Participating in multidisciplinary committees
• Supervising Pharmacy Technicians and students

Requirements:

• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited Pharmacy school
• Wisconsin and Illinois pharmacy license
