Pride Health is hiring an “Outpatient Pharmacist” to support our client's medical facility in Dallas, TX. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position Name: Outpatient Pharmacist

Pay rate: $73-$77/hr

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Duration: 3-month contract

Shift: Shifts rotate between 0800-1600, 1030-1800, 1000-1400/4-8 Hour Shifts/ 32 Hour Guarantee

Job Description:

The Pharmacist performs clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical staff. Reviews medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, frequency, potential interactions, and possible allergic reactions. Oversees the dispensing of medications and intravenous solutions by pharmacy technicians.

• Performs kinetic drug dosing
• Consults with medical and nursing staff
• Participates in medication reconciliation
• Oversees medication dispensing by support personnel
• Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Submission Requirements

• Outpatient Pharmacy Experience - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. - Required
• Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - Required
• Proficiency in Epic Willow - Required
