Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Tuba City, AZ – Travel Opportunity Available

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shifts: Rotational (Day, Evening, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Orientation: Offered Every 2 Weeks

Pay - $76 - $80

Job Description:-

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting serving a diverse patient population across main campus and satellite clinics.

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide direct and specialized pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient departments.

Serve in pharmacy-based clinical settings and support medication therapy management.

Analyze clinical outcomes and help develop quality-improvement programs.

Oversee policy and procedure implementation within the pharmacy unit.

Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, including technicians and billing personnel.

Function as Clinic Manager of Operations at designated site(s).

Required Qualifications:-

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-recognized school

Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. state or territory

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist

Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
