ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization with focus on the Regional Network Team (CTR).
  • Lead a team of ~30 to include subcontractor personnel.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Recruit personnel as required.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and training.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching partner organizations, universities to develop new relationships.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
