Responsibilities
- Achieve performance targets by aligning specific account action plans with strategic initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of the sales team.
- Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Develop and coordinate sales training programs and sales models to maximize potential.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create effective support and pull-through programs.
- Deliver analytics, trends, and progress updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ten years experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Sales experience, preferably in Ophthalmology.
- Bachelor s degree
