Pet Supplies Plus Bather
The Pet Supplies Plus Bather is responsible for providing excellent customer service while bathing, checking in & checking out animals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service, ensuring positive customer relations and satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedules and confirms each appointment
- Bathes, dries, and combs out each animal
- Aware of tie in sales to each animal
- Inputs customer information
- Looks over dog as it is taken in for service
- Understands products used for bathing
- Understands customers need to a breed specific situation
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Cleans and sanitizes all holding cages and bathing tubs
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some animal knowledge

- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates
Mathematical Skills
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
