Key Responsibilities - Bathe, shampoo, condition, and dry pets of various types and coat textures - Groom and style coats through trimming, shearing, scissoring, hand-stripping, or cording based on breed standards or owner requests - Detangle, de-mat, and brush coats skillfully - Trim nails, clean ears and eyes, and express anal glands as needed - Conduct basic health checks - look for ticks, fleas, skin irritations, infections, lumps or other abnormalities - and inform owners accordingly - Manage anxious or reactive pets with calm, gentle handling and proper restraint techniques - Maintain grooming areas and tools - clean, sanitize, and organize workstations before and after appointments - Deliver exceptional customer service - co...Groomer, Customer Experience, Animal Care, Animal, Health
