Position Overview As a Pet Care Sales Associate, your goal will be to provide every customer with an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding and purchasing pets, supplies, and services tailored to their needs. Your role includes:

Basic Qualifications You should be a team player with a professional appearance and a genuine interest in animal care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, retail, or a related field, along with knowledge of pet nutrition and sales techniques, is preferred.
Work Environment This role primarily takes place indoors, but may require brief outdoor tasks such as receiving merchandise or stock balancing. Physical activities include bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull 2000 lbs utilizing appropriate equipment. Safety protocols must always be followed to protect customers, pets, and team members.
