Zakai is a very leash reactive dog. He has many dog friends that he knows and feels safe with but walks present dogs who he perceives as a threat. He is also sensitive to bikes and skate boards. He needs a diligent walking partner to be flexible avoiding other dogs and working on his restraint with treats for not reacting and staying calm.
