Pet Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I am looking for someone that can help with our puppy (currently 4 months old), taking care of her in our house, taking her to the vet (if needed), walking her, etc. It would be ideal if the person could also help with simple household tasks such as organizing, light daily cleaning and maybe even starting dinner for us.
