Job Location : Brownwood,TX, USA
The key responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a plan and a scheduled routine for preventive equipment maintenance.
Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
Conduct inspections of recently maintained equipment to assess the quality of the maintenance performed and the equipment's operating condition.
Could you create a work schedule for maintenance staff to include off-hours and annual shutdowns?
Manage and maintain a work order system for parts management tracking and ensure that work orders are closed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 to 10 years of maintenance, electrical, and/or mechanical experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity
Training and development experience of crew members
Excellent planning and leadership abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Human-machine interface (HMI)
Industrial Electric and/or PLC experience
Associates/bachelor's in engineering or technical field
