The Pest Services Route Manager is responsible for providing professional services and delivering proactive solutions associated with the assigned geographic territory. Due to the nature of this work, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
- Build company brand by example and positively collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and team members while ensuring ethical business practices.
- Deliver the promise - establish and maintain pest free customers - honoring our Zero Tolerance pledge through personal integration of the six-step service protocol and program procedures.
- Ensure all assigned contract route revenue is completed as scheduled and by the 28th of each month, while maintaining company standards for service quality.
- Builds and manages schedule/calendar to ensure route compliance and TDA regulation.
- Delivers the pest free promise to customers - deliver service specific to each customer agreement and maintain 24-hour non-emergency and 24-hour emergency response time consistent with protocol per client.
- Manages client relationship, service requests, and investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly.
- Offer and provide services in addition to core pest program agreements.
- Support branch growth via qualified business leads and referrals.
- Manages assigned route customer accounts receivables and collects delinquent accounts. Confirms potential skips with manager prior to service.
- Orders and maintains calibrated equipment, supplies, and materials based upon monthly need as required for service work and as approved by managers.
- Follows all PSSI protocols and procedures per industry specification.
- Assists PSSI Pest Services Managers in other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the Pest Services Industry
- Due to the nature of this work, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Basic computer navigation
- Knowledge of CRM tools, specifically PestPac
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Multiple customer locations throughout the day - commercial businesses
