Job Description :
Overview JST is currently seeking a Personnel Assistant II that will handle complex customer cases, assists program administration, and may serve as SVO (training VOs, managing audit trails, software updates). This is a full-time on-site position at Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award. Personnel Assistant II Responsibilities
  • Perform personnel actions (e.g., awards/decorations updates; MILPDS data accuracy) in line with PWS performance standards.
  • Support OBIEE/MILPDS product requests; distribute requested deliverables within required timelines.
  • Observe normal duty hours and surge/off-hours support as directed
Personnel Assistant II Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • DEERS/RAPIDS initial & annual; SVO/VO training; Privacy Act; SATE/Cyber Awareness.
  • All PA-I skills plus problem-solving, data validation, MILPDS/OBIEE literacy; ability to mentor/train VOs and manage audit trail readiness.
Required Clearances and Screenings
  • Favorable NACI (Tier 1) minimum; U.S. citizenship for personnel who issue/control CACs (SSM/SVO/VO).
  • CAC/base access compliance and badge accountability.
  • MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
