Job Type Full-time Description The YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown is seeking a dedicated Personal Training Manager to lead and grow our fitness and wellness programs. As Personal Training Manager, you'll oversee our health, fitness, and wellness programs, manage a team of certified personal trainers, and ensure an exceptional member experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the Fitness, Health & Wellness Department
  • Manage personal training staff, clients, and program development
  • Serve as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach as needed
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing fitness team
  • Promote member engagement and retention through excellent service
  • Design innovative training programs tailored to community needs
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness facility
  • Support YMCA community events and health initiatives
  • Oversee scheduling, supply inventory, and equipment upkeep
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar nationally recognized certification)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal training, group fitness, or wellness coaching
  • Proven leadership and staff supervision experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fitness software
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • A strong passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
