Summary: The Personal Risk Account Manager is responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The position requires day-to-day client servicing for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic, and written communication. The Account Manager II will manage the renewal and marketing process, prepare materials for presentations and communications, in collaboration with senior team members. Work is completed with significant independent discretion. This role involves developing relationships with clients and carrier contacts, working proactively to deliver services effectively and efficiently. Support for the Account Management Team may also be part of the responsibilities.
This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule, with two days working remotely and three days from Vermont office locations: South Burlington, Morrisville, Newport, and St. Johnsbury.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCompetitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, discount programs, health & wellness initiatives, and more. Salary range: $40,000 - $65,000, determined by experience, credentials, and location. Performance incentives may apply.
