Personal Lines Account Manager Independent Insurance Agency

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Compensation: $50,000$57,000 base + benefits

A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its close-knit, client-centered team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, quoting, changes, and client communication).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and quality service.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement changes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years personal-lines account management or CSR experience (more preferred).
  • Active OH P&C License
  • Skills: Strong client service skills, coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Mindset: Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Hawksoft a plus, but not requiredtraining provided.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $50,000$57,000
