Personal Lines Account Manager Independent Insurance Agency
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $50,000$57,000 base + benefits

A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its close-knit, client-centered team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, quoting, changes, and client communication).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and quality service.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement changes.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years personal-lines account management or CSR experience (more preferred).
- Active OH P&C License
- Skills: Strong client service skills, coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Mindset: Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Hawksoft a plus, but not requiredtraining provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $50,000$57,000
