- Managing renewal marketing and coordinating with carriers.
- Handling new business marketing, quoting, and proposal preparation.
- Processing policy endorsements, changes, and updates.
- Responding to client inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Quoting new and renewal business.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of personal lines account management experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Acuity, Chubb, AmTrust, CNA, and Utica.
- Proficiency in agency management systems.
- Strong knowledge of carriers and quoting processes.
- Punctuality and reliability.
