The Role:Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Winston-Salem, NC (On-site with flexible work-from-home days) Reports To: Department Manager Type: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities:
  • Manage a $3.6M+ book tied to one producer (standard personal lines accounts)
  • Full A-to-Z account management, with a primary focus on renewals
  • Maintain client relationships through proactive service and clear communication
  • Quote, process, and troubleshoot policies with professionalism and accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
  • Active P&C license (required)
  • 2-5 years of personal lines account management experience preferred
  • Experience with Applied Epic (not required - training available)
  • Professional, reliable, and confident in client-facing situations
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Looking for long-term commitment (no job-hoppers)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience (will be discussed during first interview)
  • 401(k): Matching at 75¢ on the dollar up to 5%
  • PTO: Start with 22 days of paid time off + 9 paid holidays
