Personal Lines Account Manager Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite) Salary: $40,000-$65,000 (Depending on Experience) A small, independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their close-knit team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Service a wide range of personal lines accounts (Auto & Homeowners)
• Handle renewals, policy changes, quoting, and marketing
• Communicate with clients regarding premium changes and coverage options
• Quote new business (mostly renewals with some new)
• Collaborate with a small team and support overflow when needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management (5+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of policy servicing, renewals, quoting, and client communication
• Active P&C license required
• Experience using EZLynx or similar quoting systems is a plus
