Job Title: Personal Lines Account ManagerNumber of Openings: 2 Locations: Schuylkill Haven, PA Why This Position is Open: We are acquiring a new book of business this summer and are proactively expanding our team to be fully staffed. Job Description: We're seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is focused on servicing standard PLAM accounts and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, team player, and brings a positive, fun energy to the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily servicing and management of personal lines accounts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Utilizing AMS360 software for account handling

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Proficiency in AMS360 (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Arrangement:
