Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and carrier offerings specific to the Texas personal lines market.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Work onsite at the Whitney, TX office to ensure seamless service delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in insurance customer service.
• Valid insurance license; prior experience as an Independent Agent is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and common industry software applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with nonstandard auto insurance policies.
• Prior experience in managing personal lines insurance accounts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Texas-specific insurance regulations and market trends.
• Excellent phone skills and etiquette.
