Personal Injury Paralegal - Usten Law PC : Job Details

Busy Personal Injury firm seeks an experienced Paralegal with at least two years of experience handling Personal Injury cases. The candidate must have experience with different medical records and requesting medical records. Experience preparing settlement/demand packages and doing litigation work such as responding to demands, handling BPs, RJIs, filing Notes of Issue, etc., is required.
