Key Responsibilities

• Defend clients in personal injury litigation, including commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases. ️

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, on high-exposure cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. ️
• Build and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to handle referred work and grow your practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership.
• 5–10 years of experience in personal injury defense ️
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage complex, high-exposure cases independently and collaboratively.
