Job Description

Would you like to own a meaningful financial services practice under the Allstate brand?

Scale your existing practice with proven support, flexibility, and access to new customers. We're seeking financial sales professionals with a growing practice who want to leverage the Allstate brand and resources to expand in your community.

Your Practice

As an Allstate Personal Financial Representative (PFR), you'll build your own financial services practice with Allstate's support. Your partnership with Allstate Agency owners will help generate new business and support your revenue streams.

Your Support Team

We support our PFRs nationwide with quality products, marketing support, and ongoing education. Allstate agency owners can provide dedicated space for client reviews.

Your Work

A typical agency has one PFR who meets with clients to deepen relationships through expanded product offerings. Collaboration with the sales team ensures a steady flow of leads to support your success.

Are You a Fit?

We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a successful track record. Requirements include:

• At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in life insurance or financial services
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred
• Experience in protection and asset accumulation sales
• Preferred experience as a Financial Advisor, Planner, Registered or Investment Representative
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, LUTCF preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business
