  Position Details

  • Evening Shift Week 1: 24 hours Week 2: 16 hours Includes every other weekend

  • Pay Range:$20.20 $21.85/hour +$1.00/hour Evening Shift Differential +$1.25/hour Weekend Differential

  What You'll Be Doing

  As a Resident Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, etc.)
  • Helping with mealtime needs in the dining room and during snacks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Supporting personal laundry, tidying of rooms, and phone use
  • Reporting changes in resident conditions to supervisory staff
  • Accurately documenting care in electronic and paper records
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care, as needed
  • Participating in activities and events to engage residents socially
  • Promoting cleanliness, safety, and infection control protocols
  What Were Looking For

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
  • Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50 lbs)
  • Note: Must be able to meet physical demands and remain calm under pressure in emergency or high-stress situations.
