Location: Mount Carmel Personal Care Home | Mount Carmel, PA Mount Carmel Personal Care Home with 26 beds is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to oversee our Personal Care Home operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to ensure high-quality care, compliance with all regulations, and a supportive environment for residents and staff. Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay Rate- Negotiable DOE
• On-Call: As needed

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of community operations to maintain excellence in care and service.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations governing personal care homes.
• Fiscal Management: Oversee budgets, approve expenditures, and manage financial reporting.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff to foster a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Community Engagement & Marketing: Promote the facility through outreach efforts to enhance its reputation and growth.
• Emergency Preparedness: Be available for urgent situations, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must have a valid and unrestricted Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania and have Med Tech certification.
• Experience: At least one year of administration experience in a Personal Care Home or similar setting.
