Position Overview: We are currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide non-medical in-home care to individuals of all ages, including seniors and those with disabilities. This position is ideal for caring, dependable individuals who want to make a difference in their community. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain a safe and comfortable environment in the client's home Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check and TB test Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required — we offer HHA training and certification at no cost for eligible candidates!
