Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description:

• Bathing Assistance
• Toileting Assistance
• Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Meal Preparation
• Transfer/Mobility Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)
• Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom
• Shopping, errands, and transportation
• Personal Supervision

Job Types:

• PRN

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must)

Driver's license and social security card or government issued ID

Own transportation and the capability to transport clients

Ability to pass a background check

CPR/First Aid certified (can assist with obtaining)

Proof of negative TB test within last 12 months (preferred)

Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn

• Requires flexibility to work in an environment with a dynamic schedule that may change as needed
• Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends as needed
