Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to create a warm and positive environment.
• Assist with meal preparation to ensure clients receive nutritious and fulfilling meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's home, promoting a safe living space.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care, ensuring both client and caregiver safety.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• A compassionate approach to caregiving, prioritizing patient dignity and comfort.

Starting Salary: between $18.10 - $20.00 an hour.

We offer: Full-time/Part-time positions (30 hours), including mornings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts. We provide services across the Capital District area.
