We are seeking a Personal Assistant in Franklin, Tennessee, to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with an individual with mental challenges, accompanying him on outings for ten hours a day, Monday through Friday, or on weekends. You must approach this position with compassion, providing personalized and attentive care while building a genuine relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of progress and any issues to report, and discuss your observations with your supervisor.

• Build relationships by conversing or reading aloud to help keep the individual mentally healthy and alert.

• Administer medications and assist with medical appointments.

• Engage the individual in exercises or other activities.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license is required.

• CPR certification is required. (If you do not have a CPR card, no problem, training will be provided before you start working.)
