Permitting and Applications Coordinator - Trinity Solar : Job Details

An Applications/Permitting Coordinator at Trinity Solar plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient preparation and submission of permits, utility, and state application packages. You will track the progress of all applications, maintain accurate records, and build positive relationships with municipalities and relevant organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

• Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packages.
• Assist in gathering and organizing documentation necessary for application submissions.
• Monitor the status of applications and keep accurate updates in internal databases.
• Review, distribute, and manage various documents and correspondence effectively.
• Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, shipping, and filing.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and relevant external agencies.
• May require travel for permit submission and collection as needed.

• Prior experience in permitting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of office/administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required.
