ATC West's sister company has a permanent opportunity for an ED RN near Bakersfield, CA.

• $20,000 with 3+ years Acute Care RN experience

• $5,000 with 1 3 years Acute Care RN experience

• $4,000 for New Grad RNs

• Deliver patient-centered care across all age groups in a fast-paced ER setting

• Perform holistic assessments and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Monitor patient condition, administer medication safely, and communicate changes in status

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

• Adhere to Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals and hospital standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all California BRN standards

Licensure & Certifications (Required):

• Current California RN License

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• MICN Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire)

• Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire)

Experience:

• 1 year RN experience in an Acute Care setting

• ER experience within the last 2 years
