We first launched our permanent recruitment division in NYC in 2018. We then took the next step by introducing our contract division in 2023, further strengthening our offering. Most recently, in 2024, we chased the sun and opened our brand-new Miami office!

We are always striving to grow and improve by expanding our team. That's why we are seeking talented Permanent Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our Miami team, focusing on the Data market.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive thought leadership in your vertical and promote Xcede's brand awareness & presence in technical conferences, client engagement meetings and Scope of Work discussions.
  • Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand our global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
  • Responsible for researching, identifying and approaching new clients to build long-term recruitment partner relationships.
  • Drive sales opportunities by identifying staffing needs within potential clients and qualifying job descriptions within your specialist area.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building relationships at all levels within key accounts.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our clients.

    • Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter, with a proven track record of success - ideally with a focus on technology/data roles.
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and its talent landscape.
  • Have a proven track record of engaging new clients through proactive business development execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
