DescriptionBRONX PERMANENT HOUSING PROGRAM MANAGER - VILLA AVENUEBeacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks a Program Manager for its Bronx Permanent Housing buildings on Villa Avenue - with 93 Apartments for individuals and families with a head-of-household who has a Serious Mental Illness. The Program Manager has oversight of the program's operations and maintains compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, as well as with BOH's Policies and Procedures. The Program Manager works closely with the on-site Property Management Company and maintains a strong working relationship with the community. This position is on-call 24/7 and works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary is commensurate with experience, $85,000 - $90,000 annually.Job Requirements:

Master's degree in a mental health discipline

Three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use population

Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently, flexibly, and responsibly
