• • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• • Possibility of a 4-day work week
• • Minimal call time
• • Average/Goal of 18 – 20 patients per day

• Required Qualifications:
• • Current MD/DO medical license in the state of Colorado or ability to attain
• • Colorado Pharmacy/DEA Registration if applicable to practice
• Preferred Qualifications:
• • Fluency in Epic EMR systems & technology
• • Experience in providing patient care under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model

• • Med/Den/Vis, STD, LTD, 401k with match

• • Board Certified in Family Medicine or in the process of obtaining certification
