The position ensures compliance with college, state, and federal regulations and administrative procedures for managing Perkins Grant funds for RPCC. Minimum Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Associates Degree in a related field from an accredited institution Innovative, creative, and energetic work style. The ability to represent RPCC internally and externally. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and to communicate with a diverse community. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, to include the use of pivot tables, view look up, and macros Preferred: Bachelors Degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Experience in higher education in grant management.
