• Minimum 8 years of software design, development, and performance testing experience
• Deep hands-on experience in Software Performance Engineering
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members on solid engineering practices
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Python, Linux
• Hands-on experience using tools like JMeter to build performance harness for software benchmarking
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus
• Experience in Financial Domain with Trading Systems or brokerage is a PLUS

• End to End (E2E) testing gap analysis
• Java for creating test scripts from scratch
• Linux shell scripting

• Financial Domain experience
• JMeter
