Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Our client, a growing Global Distressed Asset Management firm, is seeking a Performance Analyst to join a newly created team. In this role, you will work directly with the COO and members of the investment team to develop new analytics and reporting capabilities for the firm's flagship fund, private equity funds, and private credit funds. This team provides analytical support to senior business leaders to aid in key business decisions, with a focus on macro market data. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.Job Function

• Design and develop reporting for Private Credit Funds.
• Creation and maintenance of marketing materials (i.e., track record, performance updates, etc.).
• Prepare and review quarterly investor reporting deliverables.
• Handle ad hoc investor inquiries.

Job Requirements

• BS degree in Finance or related degree with solid academic achievements
• 3-8 years of relevant experience at a hedge fund or other financial institution, in a role requiring familiarity with private credit as well as risk and return concepts such as alpha/IRR/ROA/ROE/Multiple of Money/Beta/Vol, etc.
• CFA or desire to pursue CFA preferred
