They work within multiple industries including transportation, construction, and industrial application. Responsibilities
- Development of:
- Sensor calibration systems
- Improve localization accuracy of robots through lidar and cameras.
- Semantic mapping and visual SLAM
- 2D to 3D LiDAR
- Work on a team building out the sensor suite for a robotics development toolset with a group of robotics and software engineers.
- Build out sensor stacks for customer-specific robotic applications.
- Communicate closely with the rest of the team; they're looking for someone they can grow with!
Required Qualifications
- MS in Robotics, Computer Science, or similar
- 2+ years general robotics experience
- 3+ years computer vision or other robotics perception-related experience
- 2+ years Visual Slam and 2D LiDAR/3D LiDAR
- Familiarity with Linux a plus
